Week – Creative Start‑ups
In October 2025, the Ho Chi Minh City
People’s Committee officially announced the organisation of the City’s
Innovation, Science, Technology and Creative Start‑up Week (WISE HCMC⁺ 2025), under the theme “Innovation and Technology – The Future
of Our City.”
WISE HCMC⁺ 2025 is positioned as an annual event of international
significance. It provides a dynamic environment for technological
demonstration, fosters strategic dialogue and strengthens collaboration between
domestic and global partners. The event aims to translate the city’s long‑term vision into
action, supporting Ho Chi Minh City’s transformation into a digital powerhouse and a regional hub for
financial services and technological innovation.
This initiative reinforces major directives
of the Party and the City, particularly the implementation of Resolution No. 57‑NQ/TW
dated 22 December 2024, issued by the Politburo, which emphasises breakthroughs
in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation. WISE
HCMC⁺ 2025 also forms part of the broader
framework supporting the development of Ho Chi Minh City’s innovative start‑up
ecosystem for the period 2021–2025 and aligns with preparations for the 6th Ho Chi Minh City
Economic Forum in 2025.
